Disco Neurotico puts a great night out at the heart of everything we do, with thoughtful planning around neurodivergent sensitivities, anxiety and disability access. From private parties and community gatherings to festivals and workplace events, we help people dance, connect and enjoy themselves in their own way.

We’re an eco-driven organisation. For smaller events in London, we can bring the equipment—and the DJ, if you book one—by cargo bike.

SILENT DISCO HIRE

Choose your music, set your own volume and get dancing. Our wireless headphones support up to three music channels, with a separate transmitter needed for each channel.

Prices cover up to 24 hours’ hire, including one transmitter.

We have up to 200 headphones and three transmitters available. You’ll need a suitable music source for each channel; we can help you work out what you need.

Build your own setup or add equipment to a headphone package. Prices cover up to 24 hours’ hire.

Suitable connecting leads are included with the agreed setup. Tell us what you’re connecting so we can check compatibility. Bubble fluid and other consumables will be specified in your quote.

DIY Silent Disco

Your choice of headphone quantity, one transmitter and the connecting leads needed for your agreed music source. Ideal for people who want to run the music themselves.

Party Kit — £300

A complete starting point for a party of up to 50 headphone users:

• 50 wireless headphones and one transmitter
• Your choice of one DJ controller
• Portable DJ booth
• Four programmable lighting battens

Equipment only. Collection and return by arrangement. Add a DJ, Playmaker or both below.

Full Event Kit — £850

Our larger equipment package includes:

• 200 wireless headphones and three transmitters
• Both DJ controllers
• Two Mackie Thump GO battery speakers
• Eight programmable lighting battens
• Portable DJ booth
• Disco ball and spotlight
• Bubble machine
• Anker SOLIX portable power station
• Connecting leads for the agreed setup

Full kit hire is collection and return only. We can help with setup by prior arrangement, quoted separately. This is an equipment package; event staff and performers are additional.

DJ — from £250

A live DJ set shaped around your crowd, musical tastes and event. The starting package covers up to two hours, with longer bookings quoted separately. Equipment and any travel costs are agreed in advance.

Playmaker — from £300

A Playmaker is a welcoming host who helps people settle in, connects with the room and brings playful energy to your event. They can introduce DJs, lead gentle warm-ups and invite guests to join in—without pressure or compulsory participation.

The starting package covers up to two hours. Longer sessions and travel are quoted separately.

DJ and Playmaker — from £550

Music and a welcoming host working together, giving guests more ways to get involved and helping the event flow.

With our £300 Party Kit:

These examples cover the listed kit and up to two hours of booked performance or hosting. Delivery, setup assistance and additional staffing are quoted separately.

A PARTY BY CARGO BIKE

London Bike Party — from £450

A smaller event with a lighter transport footprint. We can arrive by cargo bike with a compact battery-powered setup, install it and get the music going.

Our starting package includes:

• Up to 25 silent disco headphones
• One transmitter
• Portable DJ controller
• A DJ for up to two hours
• Cargo-bike delivery, setup and pack-down

Add a Playmaker from £300. Lighting, extra headphones and longer events can be quoted to suit.

Currently available in London only, subject to distance, access and the equipment needed. We’ll check the practical details before confirming your booking.

EVENTS WE CREATE

The full Disco Neurotico experience — from £1,800

Our signature inclusive club event: excellent music, a welcoming atmosphere and different ways to enjoy the night.

We build the event around your audience and venue. It can bring together DJs, multiple headphone channels, Playmakers, creative activities, gaming, a quieter space and wellbeing support. Guests can dance, make something, take a breather or move between activities at their own pace.

The programme, access provisions and staffing are agreed together and included in your quote.

Rave & Recharge — from £650

A 90-minute wellbeing event combining guided meditation, a playful warm-up and dancing to a live DJ.

It’s a chance to pause, move and enjoy music together in a welcoming, sober setting. No dance experience is needed, and guests can join in at their own pace, take breaks or sit out any part.

Suitable for community groups, workplaces and organisations looking for a shared experience with room to breathe.

Silent Disco Doodle Rave — from £950

A dancefloor and a creative playground in one.

Guests switch between two headphone channels: a live dance DJ and a calmer selection of ambient and classical music. Alongside the dancing, UV-reactive pens and a glowing doodle wall invite people to draw, experiment and make something together.

Dance all night, lose yourself in doodling or move between the two. The starting format is a three-hour event, with capacity, staffing and materials agreed in your quote.

Bespoke events — priced to your brief

Have something else in mind? We can create an event around your audience, space and budget—from a small private celebration to a festival installation or a complete Disco Neurotico takeover.

We also offer advice on creating your own neuro-inclusive events, including music, lighting, quiet spaces, welcoming guests and communicating access information.

COLLECTION, SETUP AND ACCESS

Equipment hire is collected and returned by arrangement in Acton, west London or Hackney East London. Full kit hire is collection only, although separately booked setup help is available.

Our smaller London cargo-bike packages include the delivery arrangements described in your quote.

We’re always learning and improving. Different venues and budgets allow for different access provisions, so we’ll be clear about what we can provide. Tell us about your audience and access priorities early so we can plan together.
